This is what we offer
Our speciality area is to provide Autism training from a Māori World View. Our education facilitator will discuss training options to meet the unique needs of you and your team. We offer both Autism Spectrum and Takiwātanga in house and online professional development. If you are a business, health and disability provider, Government agency, Iwi or NGO please contact us for a kōrero.
Our experienced staff provide advocacy support for whānau who need guidance to navigate the disability sector and to discuss their rights or the rights of their tamariki. Many whānau just need someone to chat to. Feel free to send us a private message via our facebook page or email us.
Including people with disabilities in the life of their community is key. Annually, our board puts on a Christmas Party for taonga takiwātanga and their whānau. The event is free and is supported by many businesses and agencies in Tairāwhiti. In addition, we look at funding resources and or services for whānau who struggle financially.
